10 Days Refund Policy

You can return the contact lenses or related products ordered from our website ContactLens-Supply.com and receive a credit card refund within 10 days of receipt of your order.

To qualify for 10 Days Refund Policy you have to obtain from ContactLens-Supply.com a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and the returned products must be unopened, unmarked, undamaged, in the original box, complete, sealed, in the original conditions. To obtain your RMA please contact us at rma@contactlens-supply.com.

The packaging and shipping to our processing facilities must be done to avoid all damages during the return process. Please note that we'll not refund items arrived in damaged conditions at our processing facilities. The returned items have to be in the same quantity with the original order and have to be exactly the same boxes as received from ContactLens-Supply.com.

Please note that due to their specificity, the contact lenses made to order or for astigmatism don't qualify for 10 Days Refund Policy.

The credit card refund will be done on the same credit card used when the purchase transaction was done. Please note that the client has to cover the return shipping fees from and to ContactLens-Supply.com processing facilities.


365 Days Return Policy

After the 10 Days Refund Policy expired, you can still return your contact lenses within 365 days of receipt of your order. You can receive an e-store credit for the future purchases or exchange your contact lenses if your prescription changed in the meanwhile. Please note that the client has to cover the return shipping fees to ContactLens-Supply.com processing facilities.

365 Days Return Policy cover the return shipment fees to ContactLens-Supply.com processing facilities in the situations when:

  • it is an inconsistency between what you received and the prescription you entered on the ContactLens-Supply.com. The replaced contact lenses will be sent to you as fast as possible.
  • when you notice defective contact lenses. Please STOP to use them and contact us as fast as possible at contact@contactlens-supply.com. Please do not throw away the defective lenses because we shall provide you with return instructions. 

In this situation, the client will receive a new shipment with the same type of contact lenses, with the same parameters, in the initial quantity. Please allow 10 days to ship the replaced contact lenses.

Cancellation Policy

If you decided to cancel you order, please contact us as fast as possible at rma@contactlens-supply.com.

  •  If your order was not shipped, we will refund you with a deduction of 10% restocking fees.
  •  If your order was shipped, you can access the 10 Days Refund Policy.
  •  For the made to order or for astigmatism contact lenses you can cancel the order within 12 hours.
